Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Hat
Carefully place the hat in its original protective packaging and box to ensure it maintains its shape during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once we inspect the item.
